FAQ's

Where can I view your work in person?

I am represented by a number of galleries in Western Australia and across Australia. I also do exhibitions and art award entries each year.  Please see my Bio for these listings.

I am available for studio visits In Perth, Western Australia by request and am planning an Open studio possibly in late 2023. Please subscribe to my monthly email for news of these type of events.

Is shipping included in my payment?

Australian shipping is included in the cost on orders of $150 and over. If the actual cost of shippingis significantly more than I have estimated and quoted, I reserve the right to discuss this with you and to refuse the sale.

International shipping needs to be quoted prior to purchase. Please email me for a quote.

Do you ship world wide?

I do ship worldwide but for any orders placed outside of Australia, shipping needs to be quoted prior to purchase.

Please take a look at my detailed shipping and returns policies here.

How long will it take to receive my order?

My prints are made to order and may take up to 14 business days to process and print and then shipping may take a further 7-14 business days. This is the longest case scenario, it is often quicker than this.

My originals, if they are fully dry and varnished, can be shipped out within 5-7 days.

Due to unforeseen weather events, strikes and world events, there are sometimes unforeseen circumstances that disrupt postal services.  Please remain patient and know I am doing my best to get your order to you in a timely manner.

Can I commission a painting?

I do accept commissions for pet portraits and occasionally for other genre.

Commissions are very carefully assessed before acceptance.I am very fussy to make sure that both you, the purchaser, and myself, the artist, are fully happy with the final painting.

Please do not feel offended if I turn down a commission request. It may be that I do not feel I will not be able to create the perfect result for you.

Or it may be that my exhibition diary is full and I do not have the time currently to fulfil a commission.

If you would like to request a commission, please email me to begin the process.

Do you except Licensing of your art onto products?

Yes, I love licensing! Please email me for further communications.
